Capital Campaign
Give us a Lift!

THE PROJECT
Between now and 2027, our goal is to fundraise enough to cover the cost of replacing our 30-year-old hydraulic elevator.  This will create an ADA-compliant, safer, and smoother access to the building.

Why Now?
In December 2021, our elevator was out of commission for nearly a week before it was restored to service.  An elevator's life cycle is usually around 20-30 years.  Our current elevator was installed in 1991.
Planning for the future by preserving the past
You are invited to be part of the Mills Community House brick fundraiser project. We are honored to offer the opportunity to become part of this historic treasure. Commemorate a special event in someone’s life, honor a friend or family member, or memorialize a loved one. Bricks will border the walkways, enhancing our beautiful grounds and gardens.

At a cost of only $100.00, you may purchase a 4”x8” brick with up to 4 lines of engraving and up to 21 characters per line. Net proceeds from brick sales support our capital campaign.
